How to submit a claim?

Please collect the following information before completing the Best Price Guarantee Claim Form

  • The proforma invoice released by the issuing authority if the purchase has been performed already
  • The details of the related items both from EnnoTool and the competitor
  • The address of the website where you found the lower rate and the competitor company info
  • The contact person from the competitor party to verify the given information
  • Please attach the related documentation (proforma invoice, commercial invoice, etc.) as a PDF, scan, image file etc. where the mentioned price is seen visibly.
  • You don’t need to buy the lower price items from the competitor, just show us the comparison and the legal price offer.

Fill in the form and attach up to 3 related documentation (proforma invoice, commercial invoice etc.) as PDF, scan, image formats to your application. Send them to [email protected] to start your claim process.

Our team will evaluate the applications in the following 48 hours and reach you regarding the result.

Terms and Conditions

  1. Our “Best Price Guarantee” applies to desired, negotiated or completed purchases. If the purchase was performed already, you must provide us with your proforma invoice released by EnnoPro Group Limited or the related party, or the payment proof of the related order in order to make a claim. If the purchase has not been performed yet from both parties, you must provide the related price documentation by means of website links, price offers, inquiry screenshots, and contact persons at the competitor’s to verify the inquiry.
  1. The following conditions must apply:
  • Same model
  • Same real capacity
  • Same quality
  • New – Unused
  • Same advance purchase requirements, prepayment, and deposit requirements (if any)
  • Same cancellation and amendment policies
  • The item must be available for instant confirmation at the time our agents check prices
  • The currency of the compared item must be in American Dollars (USD)
  • The competitor must be an eligible company with trackable business records and information

 

  1. The “Best Price Guarantee” does not apply to compete with delivery/shipping charges, taxes, packaging and OEM products along with discounts, coupons, and alike.
  2. EnnoTool has the right and discretion to determine the validity of any claim, including but not limited to, determining that it is for the same brand, model, capacity, chemistry, and quality, and that it meets all Terms, Conditions, and Claims processing requirements.
  3. Our “Best Price Guarantee” cannot be combined with other offers or promotions.
  4. EnnoTool reserves the right to amend, revise, supplement, suspend or discontinue the “Best Price Guarantee” at any time.

Can shipping and delivery charges be eligible for Best Price Guarantee?

No. Neither shipping nor delivery charges are included in the Best Price Guarantee program.

Are taxes included in determining whether an item qualifies for the Best Price Guarantee?

No. We compare the item’s purchase price (excluding taxes) on EnnoCar’s sale platforms and on the competitors’ online sales platforms in order to determine if a Best Price Guarantee applies.

Does your Best Price Guarantee policy apply to pre-orders and backorders?

This does not apply to backorders or pre-orders from the competitor’s sales platforms. The qualifying items must be in stock and the ability to place an order for the item must be eligible for the Best Price Guarantee.

What if the competitor does not have the item in stock?

If the qualifying competitor’s item is out-of-stock, it is not eligible to make a claim for Best Price Guarantee.
